The treasure chamber is the memory of a winery. At Weingut Robert Weil, almost all vintages date back to the legendary Comet vintage of 1893. But it is not only the noble sweet Rieslings, which can mature for well over a century, that adorn the old cellar vaults, no, the dry Rieslings from our Kiedrich Gräfenberg Grand Cru are also stored here.
The quality of the cellar stocks must be regularly checked and the wines cared for. In this context, a vertical tasting of Gräfenberg Trocken with the vintages 1921, 1934, 1937, 1949, 1953, 1961, 1962 ... to 2013, crowned by the 1959 Kiedrich Gräfenberg Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese!
